Ka-137 multipurpose coaxial unmanned helicopter is characterized by automated flight and completion of mission with application of artificial intellect elements; good flight performance and transportation mobility.
The unmanned helicopter is powered by a single Hirth 2706 R05 engine of Germany production. Installation of removable equipment packages weighing up to 80 kg permits to complete the following tasks:
 - ecological monitoring; surveillance and guarding of gas and oil pipelines, surveillance of forests and peat moors to prevent fires;
 - engineering, radiological, chemical and biological surveys, surveillance and help in case of natural calamities and catastrophes;
 - police application, i.e. traffic control prevention of accidents, assistance in drug and terrorist control operations;
 - marine application, i.e. ice patrol, fish reconnaissance etc.;
 - frontier guard and customs operations.
Application of a coaxial main rotor design in combination with a spherical fuselage permitted to create a compact aircraft demonstrating good flight performance.
Ka-137 helicopter is equipped with an automatic control system incorporating the latest achievements in the field of digital and avionics technology.
